Two weeks ago, we had the pleasure of joining the first EurofarmaDay hosted at Cubo Itaú Uruguay, a dynamic event designed to connect corporates and startups around open innovation.

As part of the program, María Eugenia González Panuncio, Innovation Manager at Hattrick IT, gave a keynote talk on Digital Therapeutics and Global HealthTech Trends, sharing insights on how new technologies are reshaping healthcare delivery and patient engagement.

The event also featured a reverse pitch format, where Eurofarma’s business areas presented their challenges to startups, opening the door for new collaborations and innovative solutions.

With 39 participants, including collaborators and startups, EurofarmaDay marked an important milestone in fostering open innovation and building bridges between the corporate and startup worlds.

We are proud to share that GINA, Hattrick IT’s spin-off product focused on adolescent health, was featured in Forbes Argentina as part of the FemTech LATAM Landscape 2025, a landmark mapping of over 70 startups from 9 countries working to solve health challenges impacting more than 370 million women across Latin America.

This recognition came thanks to the incredible work of FemTech LATAM, founded by Yesica Méndez, which is leading the effort to position the region on the global FemTech map—an industry valued at over $10 billion USD.

GINA was highlighted among pioneering startups for its mission to democratize access to safe and private health consultations for adolescents, alongside inspiring companies such as No Pausa, Serena Care, Plenapausa, Bloom Care, and The Lily Project.

Last week, Hattrick IT had the pleasure of participating in AJE Conecta – de Uruguay al Mundo, an event that brought together entrepreneurs and business leaders from across Uruguay with a global perspective. Representing Hattrick IT were Martín Zuñiga (CEO), María Gómez (Business Developer), and María Eugenia González Panuncio (Innovation Manager).
